Pirganj restaurant workers receive blankets

Bashundhara Shuvosangho has distributed blankets among restaurant workers in Pirganj, Thakurgaon, as part of its efforts to support underprivileged communities during the severe winter in northern part of the country.
The distribution programme was held on Monday at Pirganj Model Government Primary School, where Pirganj Press Club President Joynal Abedin Babul and Syedpur Government College Professor Asaduzzaman Asad attended as guests of honour.

Expressing her gratitude, Fatema, one of the beneficiaries, said, “I feel very happy to receive the blanket from Bashundhara Shuvosangho. The blanket will be very useful to me this winter. We are very happy with the sincerity of Shuvosangho."
Professor Asaduzzaman praised Bashundhara Shuvosangho for its year-round humanitarian initiatives in Pirganj upazila.
The event was attended by Bashundhara Shuvosangho's upazila unit leaders, including President Tareque Hossain, General Secretary Delwar Hossain Dulal, Joint Secretary Badal Hossain, Organising Secretary Saidur Rahman Manik, Publication Secretary Faidul Islam, and executive members Asaduzzaman Asad, Sajedur Rahman Saju, and Taseen Binte Tarek.
