Fun Factory opens at Bashundhara City

Country's leading business conglomerate Bashundhara Group has launched South Asia's biggest vertical gaming zone, Ultimate Fun Factory, at Bashundhara City shopping complex.

Bashundhara Group Vice-chairman Shafiat Sobhan inaugurated the new gaming zone at the country’s premier shopping centre on Thursday.

The slogan of the gaming facility is ‘Unleash Your Inner Hero’.
Bashundhara Group Deputy Managing Director Md Mostafizur Rahman, Head of Marketing MM Jasim Uddin, Bashundhara City Development Ltd Executive Director Sheikh Abdul Alim, Bashundhara City Dokan Malik Samity President Hannan Azad and other high officials were present on the occasion.

The gaming zone is situated at levels 14-18 in Bashundhara City with all exciting virtual gaming facilities.

Speaking on the occasion, MM Jasim Uddin said they worked for the last two years to launch the exciting gaming zone.

“The main objective of initiating South Asia's biggest vertical gaming zone is to provide the young generation with real experience of gaming,” he said.

Terming Bashundhara City a composite mall, Sheikh Abdul Alim said the Group launched a zone for children --Toggi World -- in 2017 in the shopping mall, which has got huge popularity.

Since then, Bashundhara Group has been working to launch something for young generation and ultimately launched South Asia's biggest fun gaming zone, he added.
The gaming zone has been set up on five floors (levels 14-18) in Bashundhara City having around 75,000 square feet space. In the racing zone, there are exciting racing rides for the game lovers while it has group-based laser shooting, single VR zombie shooting in war zone.

Besides, arcade zone has family games, roller coaster, paragliding and interactive simulator cinema hall while it has interactive football, golf and many more games arrangements. There is a food zone at level-19.

Bashundhara City is a 19-storey building complex covering an area of 1,91,200 square feet comprising an eight-storey podium containing retail spaces, mega stores, theme park, cinemas and food court and many more.
