Underprivileged kids get Bashundhara exercise books on Saraswati Puja

Bashundhara Group distributed exercise books among underprivileged children at East West University (EWU) on Monday, marking Bani Archana of Saraswati Puja.
EWU vice-chancellor Prof Shams-ur Rahman handed over the gift to the destitute students of a community school adjacent to the university campus in the capital.
The event was attended by a large number of students, parents, and local residents.

To mark the occasion, Bashundhara Group has set up a stall in the EWU area, offering toiletries, hygiene products, and educational materials.
Sayd Zulker Nine, senior executive at sector C (marketing) of Bashundhara Group, said that the company's participation in the programme signifies its responsibility for education and social value.

“On this special day, in addition to giving Bashundhara Paper notebooks to the underprivileged kids, a sales stall has been set up to sell daily supplies like Bashundhara tissues, sanitary pads and hygiene products at affordable prices compared to the market price,” he said.
He mentioned that the quality and sustainable features of Bashundhara Paper notebooks are more competitive than other products in the market.
Special rates are offered on 150 products at the fair, including a variety of women's sanitary pads that are part of the ‘buy one get one free’ promotion, added Zulker Nine.
