Bashundhara Industrial Complex Ltd, a concern of the country's largest business conglomerate Bashundhara Group, has signed a land lease agreement with PowerPac Economic Zone (pvt) Limited, a concern of Sikder Group, to set up a bag plant in Mongla Economic Zone. Sayem Sobhan Anvir, Managing Director of Bashundhara Group and John Haque Sikder, group director of PowerPac Economic Zone (pvt) Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations at hotel Pan Pacific Sonargaon in the capital on Sunday in presence of BEZA Executive Chairman Paban Chowdhury and other higher officials. According to deal, Bashundhara Industrial Complex Ltd will set a bag plant on 16 acres of land in Mongla Economic Zone.
