Country’s one of the largest business conglomerates Bashundhara Group on Wednesday signed an agreement with German-based global engineering company KHD Humboldt Wedag to supply modern machinery for cement factories.
In presence of Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir, Senior Deputy Managing Director Belayet Hossain and KHD India Managing Director Ashok Demla signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations at Bashundhara Industrial Headquarters-1 in the capital.
While speaking Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir said the partnership with the KHD will bring new dimension and boost up cement production of Bashundhara Group which will fulfill local demand.
DMD Belayet Hossain said Bashundhara Cement choose the international technology as it always determine to provide world-class cement to the consumers.
Bashundhara Cement Deputy Managing Director AKM Mahbubuzzaman, advisors Moynal Hossain Chowdhury, Mahbub Haider Khan, CFDO Tofayel Hossain, secretary to managing director Maksudur Rahman, head of sales Khandakar Kingshuk Hossain, General Manager Mushfikul Alam, Banking GM Razib Samad and executive Zayed Al Haque were, among others, present on the occasion.
