50 underprivileged people get food aid in Shayestaganj

Bashundhara Shuvosangho distributed food items among fifty underprivileged people in Shayestaganj upazila of Habiganj on Sunday, a day before Eid-ul-Fitr, to bring smiles to their faces.

Members of the organisation handed out foods, including noodles, sugar, milk, and vermicelli, among the backward section of the citizens in the railway station area.

Shuvosangho Habiganj unit President Joni Ahmed Raju and General Secretary Md Afzal Hossain Rony were present on the occasion.

Members of Shuvosangho said the initiative was taken to share the joy of Eid with the disadvantaged population groups.

Local residents welcomed this great initiative and said that such activities of Bashundhara Shuvosangho would help bring positive changes in the society.
