Bashundhara Group distributes food in Mirsharai, Keraniganj

Bashundhara Group has continued support to the poor as the business conglomerate distributed foods among corona-hit underprivileged people in Chattogram and Dhaka on Monday.

Bashundhara Industrial Economic Zone authorities distributed 1,000 packs of food among poor at 3 unions of Mirsharai in Chattogram.

“At the initiative of Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir, the authorities have distributed the food items among poor in remote char areas through respective union councils,” read a hand out of the company.

The union councils are: 6 number Ichakhali union, 11 number Maghadia union and 16 number Saherkhali union of Mirsharai upazila.      

Among others, Ichakhali union council chairman Nurul Mustafa, Maghadia union council chairman Jahangir Hossain, Saherkhali union chairman Kamrul Haider Chowdhury, Chatra League upazila unit president Reel Iqbal Chowdhury, Monirul Islam and Engineer Abudul Quayum of accounts and finance department of Bashundhara Group were present on the occasion.

Besides, Bashundhara Group distributed foods among 200 differently able kids at Bashundhara Special Children Foundation in Keraniganj on the same day.
