Dr Dilip Kumar Roy, former president of BAJUS and chairman of District Monitoring Standing Committee, made the comment.

He was addressing as the chief guest at a view exchange meeting with jewellers of Bargura district on Monday. Barguna unit committee of BAJUS organised the programme at an auditorium in the district town.
