Three companies of Bashundhara Group organised iftar parties at separate places of the country on Tuesday.
Bashundhara Cement, one of the most popular cement brands of the country, hosted Iftar parties in Savar and Jashore on the day.
Bashundhara Cement dealers and businessmen attended the events.
Bashundhara Food and Beverage Industries Limited (Bulk Sales) organised an iftar and doa Mahfil at a hotel in Khulna.
Local businessmen and sales officers of the renowned company took part in the Iftar programme. The Iftar mahfil was followed by a discussion meeting. Officials of the company advised the businessmen to make its consumer products popular among people.
Meanwhile Bashundhara LP Gas Limited hosted an Iftar party in Gopalganj as part of its nationwide programme for distributors and retailers. Over 50 retailers and distributors attended the event held at a hotel and party centre in the district town.
Mir TI Faruk Rizvi, Head of Division (Marketing and Sales) of Bashundhara LP Gas and Sundarban Industrial Complex, attended the Iftar.
A discussion was held at the event. Discussants said Bashundhara LP Gas has become popular among common people as use of the gas brand is safer than others.
Bashundhara LP Gas officials called upon the distributors to abide by the government guidelines while carrying out trade and adopt environment-friendly policy.
